About this Dataset
This Trustpilot Reviews dataset is a free CSV sample of 60 records covering customer reviews of Upwork from the first three pages of its Trustpilot profile, each parsed into structured review detail. It gives you a realistic preview of the Trustpilot data you can collect at scale, so you can review the structure and quality before committing to a larger project. Each record in this Trustpilot dataset includes 23 fields: review_id, page, author_name, author_id, author_url, rating, best_rating, worst_rating, and more. It captures the review rating, headline, and full body text, the author, publish date, and language, plus business-level context such as the business name, domain, overall rating, and total review count.
